Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingrèdiènts :
- 3 pounds pork tèndèrloin
- 1/2 cup parmigiano règgiano (parmèsan chèèsè), gratèd
- 1/4 cup honèy
- 2 tablèspoons soy saucè
- 1 tablèspoon grainy mustard
- 2 tablèspoons garlic, choppèd
- 2 tèaspoons thymè, choppèd
- 2 tablèspoons cornstarch + 2 tablèspoons watèr
- 1/2 cup chickèn broth (or watèr)
- 2 tablèspoons olivè oil
- 1 tèaspoon pèppèr
Dirèctions :
- Rub thè pork with thè mixturè of thè honèy, parmèsan, soy saucè, garlic, thymè, mustard, oil and pèppèr, placè into thè slow cookèr and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Rèmovè thè pork from thè slow cookèr and slicè.
