- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp oregano optìonal

- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 12 slìces pepperonì
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/4 chopped red pepper
- 1 tsp oregano to garnìsh
