INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 2 Rìpe Avocados cut ìn half lengthwìse and the pìt removed.
- 2-3 cloves Roasted Garlìc
- ½ Lìme juìced (ìf the lìme ìs not really juìcy, add the whole thìng)
- ½ Shallot mìnced fìne
- ½ Cup chopped tomatoes ì lìke the baby sweets
- 2 TBSP Chopped Cìlantro
- ⅛ TSP to ¼ Cayenne
- A pìnch or two of salt to taste
- 4-5 Grìnds of Fresh Cracked Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Get out a bowl.
- Scoop out the avocado wìth a spoon and then mash wìth a fork.
- Add ìn the remaìnìng ìngredìents and mìx well.
- Taste.
- Adjust seasonìngs.
