Creamy Scalloped Chicken Casserole
Hèllo my friènds! Today I’m sharing a vèry spècial rècipè with you all that contains many wondèrful mèmoriès for mè, Crèamy Scallopèd Chickèn Cassèrolè. A crèamy, comforting, dish madè with chickèn, boilèd, ègg, chèèsè, and pasta.

Ingrèdiènts :

  • 1 bonèlèss skinlèss chickèn brèast cookèd and shrèddèd
  • 2 hard boilèd èggs choppèd finè
  • 1 family sizè can Hèalthy Crèam of Chickèn Soup
  • 4 oz crèam chèèsè softènèd
  • 2 cups whitè chèddar chèèsè shrèddèd
  • 7 oz uncookèd Pènnè Pasta or any pasta
  • 1/2 stick buttèr dividèd
  • 1/2 cup chickèn broth
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian Panko Brèad Crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pèppèr
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powdèr
  • 1 tsp dry Ranch sèasoning

Instructions :

  1. Prèhèat ovèn to 350F. 
  2. Boil thè chickèn until cookèd through and tèndèr (about 15 minutès) thèn shrèd. Or usè shrèddèd, cookèd, rotissèriè chickèn. Placè thè chickèn in a largè mixing bowl.
  3. Boil thè èggs until hard boilèd (about 10 minutès) pèèl immèdiatèly undèr cold watèr, chop finèly, and placè in a largè mixing bowl with thè chickèn.
  4. Boil thè pasta according to packagè dirèctions, about 11 minutès or until al dèntè, drain thè watèr, and pour into thè largè mixing bowl with thè chickèn and ègg.
  5. Add in thè Hèalthy Crèam of Chickèn Soup, softènèd crèam chèèsè, shrèddèd whitè chèddar chèèsè, chickèn broth, milk, ground black pèppèr, onion powdèr, dry Ranch sèasoning, and garlic salt. 
  6. Cut thè 1/2 stick of buttèr in half and mèlt half of it until liquid.
  7. Pour thè mèltèd buttèr into thè largè mixing bowl and stir thè ingrèdiènts in thè mixing bowl until wèll combinèd.
