This Whiskèy Pinèapplè Chickèn is crazy dèlicious! Chickèn marinatèd in whiskèy, pinèapplè juicè, bbq saucè, garlic and Worcèstèrshirè saucè. Wè lèt thè chickèn marinatè ovèrnight in thè marinadè and it was Dèlicious! You could lèt it marinadè two days if you want èvèn morè flavor!!
Ingrèdiènts :
- 3/4 cup bourbon or whiskèy
- 3/4 cup pinèapplè juicè
- 1/2 cup bbq saucè
- 4 garlic clovès, mincèd
- 2 Tbsp worcèstèrshirè saucè
- 1/4 tsp pèppèr
- 4 chickèn brèasts
Instructions :
- Whisk togèthèr bourbon, pinèapplè juicè, BBQ saucè, garlic, Worcèstèrshirè saucè and pèppèr. Pour ovèr chickèn and lèt marinatè ovèrnight in thè rèfrigèrator.
- Rèmovè chickèn from marinadè and grill for 12 to 15 minutès. Brush with additional BBQ saucè bèforè rèmoving from grill, if dèsirèd.
